Nando's Grassy Park not great

Nando's Grassy Park are very disappointing. First, there's no-one at the drive thru ordering booth, then the orders take extremely long (seems like they're on a skeleton crew). They also do not go according to who ordered first (I received my order after a guy who ordered after me and who ordered the same thing). The order was for a full livers meal. This is now what it looks like. From memory, not the way I recall it. Finally, they are strict on giving away butter now, so you have to pay for any extra. That's fine but then sell butter (as it states on the receipt and menu). This that they're selling is not butter. Nando's isn't exactly cheap, so when one orders their food, you expect better quality and value for money. They're neither at that store unfortunately.
