Nando's Grandwest unacceptable service

People waiting for more than 2hrs for chicken, at no point did the manager come out to see what is happening in the restaurant. I am personally waiting 45 minutes already for my 1/4 chicken and wedges This is totally unacceptable Staff has terrible attitude when asked anything The tables are not cleaned up immediately after other people are done eating.
