Nandos Goldman Crossing - appealing service

My experience this time was appalling. First the gentleman who took my order was so rushed to get rid of us that he processed part of my order incorrectly. After complaining, and waiting for it to be corrected at my expense I get home to find that the order I paid for was missing an item. After trying about 10 times to call the store without success, I have now reverted to hello Peter in hopes of getting some sort of response.

It is absolutely disgusting that I had to pay so much to have and incomplete meal for my family.

People pay lots of money to support Nandos but the staff can't even respect the customer enough to make sure they get good service.
