Nando's Glenwood Durban

Recently ordered from the Nando's in Glenwood (Opposite UKZN Howard College). I ordered the full chicken, extra hot, cut into 8, extra sauce and two sides. When the food was delivered, there was a piece short, as there were only 7 pieces. I phoned and complained and was told they would investigate the camera footage. I didnt receive a call back so I phoned them. I was told that they could not see the footage as they employee's back was facing away from the camera (yes, that is the response I received), thereafter the manager said she was sending the 1 piece back to me out of goodwill, even though they believed they were not at fault. Apart from that, the chick was absolutely dry, had no extra sauce and the spicy rice was tasting almost raw. The food was horrid, and I hope i get some feedback from this.
