Nando's Gezina bad meals and bad service

Bought boujee bowl, strips rice and veg and naartjie fynbos. boujee bowl sweetcorn was cold, strips rice and veg meal tasted like hospital food and the naarjie fynbos had no fizz at all. Went in to notify the staff and was sent from one staff member to another so I just left it. I always get tasty meals at this nandos but today I'm super disappointed. The staff need customer service training so that when a customer complains, they know how to handle it without damaging Nando's reputation.
