Nandos from bad to worst

The nandos at malvern queensburgh was absolutely atrocious last night.. I ordered a pitta livers and 2 hotpots for my family.. I was absolutely disappointed the pitta had no veggies like cucumber and lettuce attached are the pics. The fillet was like rubber.. The roll from the livers was hard.. The hot pots had literally no chiken and was dry generally the relish is moist and saucy but it was the most terrible by far.. Apart from the service fee that is charged per item on your checkout which is ridiculous cause you can get another meal on the total service charge.. The food at nandos is gone from bad to worst my previous order was bad no sauce on the chicken but last night was by far atrocious we look for comfort food and nandos has just let us down continuously
