Nandos food quality and service levels are deteriorating!
<p>Most Nandos branches are inconsistent and the quality of food is never predictable, however, the Boskruin branch used to be better than most branches but their quality of food and general service seems to be taking a turn for the worst.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, in the last few months there have been items missing from my order e.g. rolls, chips etc. and recently we ordered 2 Cheese burger meals but only one burger had cheese on it but it was paid for.</p> <p>Secondly, most delivery orders are extremely late and I live just a mere 1.2 KM away from the store so waiting more than an hour for an order then finding out that there is a roll or chips missing is unacceptable. On one occasion there were several delivery guys that visited my home in one night for the same order, one to drop off the initial short order, one to bring the missing items over 30min later and lastly one to take the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nandos is definitely good with PR and advertising, which is now becoming just a front for a poor quality fast food resturant based on a reputation from 10 years ago!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not contact me, I do not want to hear excuses and apologies when I know that nothing will change!</p>
