Nando's food has warms

On the 10th of October during my lunch time, i bought Nandos salad at Nandos Banbury. While i was still eating and enjoying my food, i realised that there is something moving in the salad, then when i look closely, i found out that it was a warm! A living green warm! It was very very disgusting.

I contact the call center and they told me that it will get back to me, but never came back to me , then i send them(Nandos) a message via Facebook, then they took my contacts but never called me back! Then i went to the restaurant and Nthabiseng took the salad back and she said that they will investigate.

I am very vey angry and still disgusted
