NANDO'S FOOD BELOW STANDARD

No oversight at Nando's La Lucia. Somehow management at Nando's believe that their name alone will sell their chicken . Nothing is further from the truth and management naively believe this . Who overseas the cooking at these outlets ensuring that Clients get what they pay for and that quality food , which this brand claims to provide are prepared and delivered to them .

On the night of Friday 26th October i bought a 1/4 chicken and chips at the La Lucia branch as a take out . When the food was taken home , the quality of preparation was below standard . There was only a hint of the tango tomato . Chips was stale and cold .

Please be advised that this review is not written in the hope that a replacement chicken or an apology . I seek neither .

All i want is that these franchises show competence . Give customers what they come for and what they pay for . Sadly all half measures is not going to cut it .

This is a serious indictment on the management of Nandos . No point in sitting in high rise building monitoring sales at the various outlets . Get out to the outlets and see whats going on .
