Nandos Florida starting to suck!

Ordered a Vitality meal online from Nandos in Florida at Goldman Crossing and my husband picked up from the store. Without him checking my order,when I opened up my meal they sent me a completely dry piece of chicken fillet,I have no idea how someone can even swollen something like that. When I called,the manager said she’d send a driver with a new piece and he only arrived at 9:37 with my supper! I’m absolutely furious about this considering I’m a regular at this branch.
