Nandos fix your ****.

I am very disappointed with nandos services.... I am a customer who buys nandos every week.. but what I got this week was utter *******... I placed an order on Monday January 1st and was dissatisfied with the taste as it tasted like soap... I know what nandos is supposed to taste like as I am a regular customer.. I spent R278 for the order that I couldn't even finish.. I placed the order at southgate value mart.. when I called in the next day to tell them of their meat I was told a driver will come pick up the meat of which he did.. I called customer service and got nonsense service.. today is Thursday and no one has gotten back to me regarding this order or my money.. if I was white this would've been resolved along time ago as I've seen it happen on numerous occasions.... I'm totally disgusted with the service from nandos and I want my refund and an apology.. I am never ordering nandos ever again.
