Nandos Feeding Vegetarians Meat

I sent a complaint email (below) to you guys 3 days ago and I still haven't heard from you. Your service is not only bad but it seems you do nothing as well to address issues when customers complaint. SORT THIS OUT QUICKLY!

This is the email sent to you:

[Good day On Thursday (17 Nov) evening I bought a vegetarian wrap from your Lathem Road branch in Klerksdorp. Unfortunately, your people gave me a wrap with chicken, so you can imagine my horror when I realise I'm biting into meat.

This is really poor service at best, there's really good reasons why of us are vegetarian and mistakes like this are horrible. Please rectify this and compensate me as soon as possible. I've included my receipt and pictures.

I hope you address this with the store attendants as well, some refresher training might do them some good.
