Nando’s Faerie Glen takes 2,5 hours to deliver

Placed an online order at Nando’s Faerie Glen at 18:22. At 20:48 the delivery guy sent a voice note saying the store never gave him an address. Took him very long to realise this! Seconds later security phones to request him access into the estate - where did get the address so quickly?!?!? 2,5 hours later I cancelled the order.
