Nando's Eldoreign Service is terrible

I placed an order online before 11 am this morning. The store failed to make my order. After inquiring twice, the store acknowledged the made a mistake. Eventually at 3 pm the store called me to say they have my order and it will be delivered ASAP. One hour later, still no food. called the store, they delivered the order to the wrong address.

The store manager says his duty has been fulfilled and he can not make another order, as he will have shortages on his side. So , he rather have a customer unhappy and hungry than have one burger short on his side.
