NANDOS ELDORAIGNE:WORST SERVICE EVER

I am absolutely disgusted and fedup by the service i have received from Nandos Eldoraigne. On the 1 May 2020, i placed an order for delivery. The delivery message said it would arrive at 1pm. At 1:30 it still hadnt arrived, they assured me it was on the way. At 2:30 the food still had not arrived. The food eventually arrived at 2:45 sans chips and ofcourse ice cold. I messages the branch via Instagram and their reply was not apologetic but rather telling me they were busy.

Today, we ordered food from the same branch at 17:17. Its not 19:20 and we still have not received our food. What kind of a restaurant is this? What service is this. I love nandos but im sick of this bad service and the staffs bad attitude.
