Nando's Eldorado Park is a joke
Nando's Eldorado Park has sub par food anyway but their service is absolutely pathetic . They are useless and of 6 delivery orders I've placed 2 were late and 3 Unacceptably pathetically late mbthe third of which is why I write this. It is almost 2 hours after the ETA of my order... No feedback, no answer on their lines, managers are not at all deserved... Even Nando's complaints can't get hold of them... Never ever again
Even my additional complaint reference number hasn't come as promised

01 Dec 2020, 13:26I was called on Saturday morning by Nando's customer care, who said the store manager would call me.. I said I was working, please call after two.. the store manger called at 12:10 and I said please call me back at after two, she said okay... 3 minutes later i got an sms that my complaint has been resolved and till now no call backs from the manager..
