Nandos

Hi. I'm a huge fan of Nandos, particularly because of the healthier options, being flame grilled instead of deep fried. This past week, we ordered almost every day from Nandos on corner of Oxford and Fleet street East London. We have always been satisfied with our orders & also adherence to covid-19 cleanliness. Today I ordered 5 X quarter chickens with chips. I specifically asked the teller for the breast section & also confirmed with the lady who handed my order to me. However on returning home, we discovered that 3 out of the 5 quarters were not breast sections but instead the thigh & leg section, which are truly considerably smaller. I would just ask that orders are fulfilled to customers needs & if said order is unavailable, we should be informed & not just have our orders modified without our consent. I will however not hold this against Nandos & will remain a loyal customer. Warm regards. Gary Aucamp.
