Nandos Eastgate with horrible service

Came with my family, ordered full chicken with four sides and a cold drink, waited for over 45minutes for our order because they kept giving to the wrong customer, when we notified them they just took our slip and said they are coming, which took another 10minutes. Horrible, horrible service. Stuff is angry and does not care about customer's concerns.
