Nandos East Rand Mall is the Nandos from hell

Nandos East Rand Mall is the Nandos from hell I’ve been ordering food from this store for years as it has n close proximity of my residence and with no doubt they always get the orders wrong, food is burned , orders is late and I can just go on. However I’ve logged a few complaints with the Nandos and the area manager Hans was supposed to call me back a few times but he never did so I guess Mr Area Manager is to busy to attend to customer complaints. Yesterday/last night I placed another order and the food was only delivered this morning all cold. Called the complaints line again and the consultant informed me that Mr Hans will call me back. Please ! Please! Fail me me again like Nandos always do.
