Nando's East Rand mall hired a bad person

A pathetic customer service by Mphakiseng from Nando's East Rand Mall in Boksburg JHB. I bought food and it was brought to me without napkins, I didn't realize until I started eating. I went to her and asked for napkins and explained my story. She refused to assist me and told me to go and were a mask, I told her I don't have a problem with that but right now my hands and mouth are full of sauce. Wearing a mask would mean I won't be able to wear that mask after eating as it would be a mess. I suggested that she must bring me the napkins than to my table, she did not. She did not even ask one of her colleagues to provide us with napkins at our table. They are the ones who forgot to bring them with the food, now I'm the one who needs to stand up twice to ask for them. She ignored me as a customer and couldn't care less about my situation that was created by them. What a pathetic excuse of a woman you hired, get ready to lose more customers because of her. This is not about the napkins but it's about a lack of customer service in this restaurant.
