Nandos Eagles Landing messup
This is the third time we have bought from Nandos Eagles Landing and again our order was messed. Today we ordered the full pack with half the chicken flavoured lemon and herb and the other half hot lemon and herb. I must mention that we have a 6 year old. When we got home we found that the one half was flavoured hot and the other lemon and herb hot. ..how disappointing,yet again. The first time we went to this Nandos, we ordered amongst other things a quarter chicken. When we got home,we discovered that they hadn't packed the quarter chicken which causes a delay with eating as a family. I'm sure there are others that will agree that Nandos isn't cheap,I don't understand why then we get such bad and seemingly untrained service. Again, so disappointing for a franchise of this stature.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
