Nando's Durbanville - Pathetic Service

We visited the Nando's Durbanville on Saturday 11th Feb-23 at 20h35 to purchase chicken and sides. Upon ordering chicken at the till point, we were informed by Zandile at the till, that there is no chicken due to them receiving an order for 5 chickens at that time, and if we really wanted chicken, we need wait 30-45 minutes for more chicken. Zandile went further to state that since there are no chickens, we can purchase hot pot rice chicken, wraps etc. Nando's is a chicken outlet, and not having chicken in time for customers at a chicken outlet is a crying shame. There was about 4 customers after me, same story no chickens. It was pathetic that a well-known chicken outlet such as Nandos are not proactive enough, or for that sake have a contingency plan for continued service to their customers. Sad but true, it appears that Nando's are following in the footsteps of Eskom, in lieu of poor planning.
