Nando’s Drive-Thru Rivonia damages cars!

Nando’s Rivonia drive-thru is senseless!

They have a pathway to exit the drive-thru aside from the actual drive-thru. The path is an actual big downhill step that damages your car when trending on it so you actually get stuck as soon as you hear a bang after dipping into it not knowing whether to proceed and damage the rest of your car or reverse with the step being too big to be able to get back up.

I asked the Nando’s drive thru cashier how many cars go through this and she rep**** saying it happens all the time! She’s witnessed a car get damaged and oil-leakage occur from this.

I don’t understand why there aren’t measures in place to stop this from happening to other vehicles! There’s a small road sign that serves nothing situated next to the path instead of directly in front of it.

It boggles me how no one cares to even put a stick let alone a cone just to show drivers not to use the step-path!
