Nandos Douglasdale! TERRIBLE!

My order was delivered 1:30 hours later, 45mins later than communicated! And I had to call asking where my order was, turned out it had been sitting there and not given to the delivery guy! I asked that they make sure my food is hot and I got super cold food! And my order was incomplete! I called again to report that I had items missing and the manager, Francis at Nandos Douglasdale, said that he’d send a delivery guy with the missing items! 45minutes later, my food hadn’t arrived! I called again to ask where my food was and the same manager put me on hold for 5 minutes to ‘check’ and came back and his response was “sorry, I forgot... what’s your order again” 10pm, and I still haven’t received my food!!!
