Nandos Don't Drive Through

Whatever you do...DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go through the Nandos "drive through" on Hendrick potgieter. It's more like "drive bumper to bumper" for almost an hour with only four cars ahead of you and collect food on your way out. I think they are hand rearing the chickens first and then trying to make the food. Hoping for the best Nandos I have ever eaten! Phoned the manager and were told it's a "minor delay" . No one has even come out to apologise or inform us of what is happening. Absolute disgrace to just let people sit and wait and not even come and apologise or explain the poor service. Won't see me again!
