nandos doesnt get back to my complaunts

on the 15th July 2022 , nandos had a promo for buying a special , 69 for a meal with a coke , it was just after mid night and i was at nando monte , i was told they sold out to me its a new day the promotion should have been reset, in stead my frriends and i was charged full price ... all 4 of us i called customer care later the day still no feed back 9 months later , 2 weeks back i bought nandos off the app , it arrived 1 hour later than the app said , the food was ice cold and the chips was half , i sent pics to your facdebook and still no feedback , every day i am told we will follow up .... nandos isnt that cheap for me to let is slide !!!!! i pay i want my pays service
