Nandos doesn't care about their clients

So Nandos has a bunch of dishonest people. I thought the treatment I received at Musgrave on the 18/02/2020 was going to be attended to with Immediate effect since I almost broke a leg in the shop and was made to feel like a fool when I raised a complain and requested the manager to wipe the floor. To my surprise I only got a private response here from Nandos after writing a review and they promised that they will deal with the matter but up until today I have not been contacted. I was expecting that I will get at least an apology from the Nandos Musgrave Staff. This ignorance by Nandos is really making my blood boil because I later realised that I twisted an ankle that day I'm currently attending to it medically I cannot even go gym anymore all because Nandos Musgrave could not wipe their floor and I slipped, they enjoyed seeing me injuring myself such that the staff laughed at me. I thought writing a review will awaken the senior management of Nandos and at least request the Musgrave manager to phone and apologies but no Nandos thought that what their Musgrave staff did was good, hence they decided to pretend like they care here by writing a private response with empty promises. It is OK I will continue and nurse my ankle and tell people how cruel Nandos can be.............. even if they can apologies now it will be meaning less, I have been treated like an animal.........
