nandos does not refund you but they gladly sell you uncooked food !!
so I purchased the promotional family meal with sides for R199.00 from nandos rosettenville on 02/05/2016. after waiting in a queue I discovered, to my disgust, that the chicken was raw and uncooked. you could actually see the flesh. Tried dialling the store number for three days thereafter but didn't get through. once I finally did, I was informed about nandos refund policy. I phoned the customer care line, spoke to the operator there, same story. unless you bring the uncooked food back ( even if you live miles away ), they will not refund you ? so who keeps uncooked food until such time that they can return it ?. this is a warning to potential consumers, rather purchase food at another chain that actually values the consumer, not nandos !!. they rip you off and tell you, in so many words, to go to **** off. I will never purchase from nandos again and will continue to warn potential customers about their under handed policies
