Nandos disappoints order
This must have been the worst food and service that i ever recieved from Nandos Horizon View... I called 2 place a order and was very specific about my order and even that they got wrong. I wanted 2 use MTN Mobile money 2 pay and they couldn't even help with that...
Back 2 the food and all our orders... Burger meal - No Flavour and chips was soggy... Chicken livers - tasted burnt and was not hot like i ordered... Chicken and pap - we asked 4 extra sauce on the chicken and received a dry piece... lots of pap and hardly any relish.. Spicey rice and strips - again Flavourliss
I usually rate Nandos especially the Horizon view one however they left out sour taste in my mouth and not impressed

03 Feb 2021, 13:03I can confirm that the complaint was resolved and Nandos Horizon view def changed the rating back 2 5 stars where it belongs... i applaud Nandos Management 5 resolving so fast
