Nandos delivery takes 1hour 45 minutes & food cold
I will never order delivery from Nando's in Parkview Centre again. I ordered food last week and after 45 minutes I called the shop to see why it was taking so long. I was assured by John, the manager, that the delivery had already left and I should have it within the next 10 minutes. 3 more calls and an hour and forty five minutes later the food arrived but was Ice Cold. The delivery man told me that John had forgotten to put our order in the delivery stack. John however blamed the driver for taking to long. Keep this up Nando's and you will loose a lot of customers. You have lost me as a customer for sure, after being a great Nando's customer for more than 20 years.
