Nandos delivery ******* and rude customer service.
I TRIED to place an order with the call centre for delivery from Nandos Saveways Witbank several times before and again today and they want to charge me R25.00 delivery for a nando's employee to WALK +- 100m to deliver to my workplace. We have had this chat with the manager before and he said he does not charge the surrounding businesses delivery fee. The call centre told me to phone the shop by pressing 2 on the menu. I phoned and explained the situation the lady called the manager who very rudely told me to phone the call centre. This is the worst client service and a total ******* of your loyal custoners that order frequently. You can never get an order placed with the call centre for delivery. This shop is already struggling with the building goibg on around it but they clearly dont want the business. Im very disgusted with this.
