Nando's daylight *******

I ordered a chicken Firoz for delivery. This cost R220 which should have been R440 as I ordered 2 because I had visitors. To my surprise, the delivery man charged me R543. I paid as I wouldn't like to embarrass myself in front of visitors.

I launched a complaint through email. To my surprise I got a call from Nando's to apologize with a confusing explanation that service delivery and other charges are added. I tried to explain that this shouldn't have been R100 as I don't stay too far from their shop. We settled that I should collect my orders in future. Please note that this is unfair to pay R100 for deliveries.
