Nando's Croydon Rude Manager Taelo

Most horrible experience at Nando's Croydon and the manager Taelo is as rude as can be. I paid for my meal, the machine said approved and I received confirmation on my phone. The guy helping me said it didn't go through. I was confused. He said it never cleared on their side and therefore I must pay again. I refused and showed him the confirmation and went into my banking app and showed him. So i was standing there helpless with the money out of my account and no meal as they refused to process the order despite the money being paid. The manager Taelo comes through and several times confirmed with an arrogant tone that he is the manager. He said I cannot have a meal because the money is going to reverse. He embarrassed me in front of other customers as if I am a ********. I left rather embarrassed with no food and the money out off my account.
