Nandos Crown Mines delivery and service is pathetic

We are waiting for our food that was ordered almost over an hour ago. Every time we contact them to find out about they tell us that the driver has been dispatched. The same excuse every thirty minutes. Its ridiculous. We can't be hanging on their time. We have work to do and our lunch time is going. This is really bad service
