Nando's Cresta terrible attitudes and bad food mannerisms
I went to Nando's in Cresta mall, firstly the young lady by the name of Grace G taking my order had the worst attitude, she was condescending tone and was all but rude, while I wait for my order I notice a man wearing denim on demin uniform handling my chips and wedges with his bare hands, he calls my number at which point out that his handled them, and he casually says " so you want another one and not this one? " to which respond yes cause I don't know where his hands have been. I had requested that my full chicken be divided into 4, 2 hot (1 thigh and 1 breast), 1 mild (breast) and 1 lemon and herb (thigh), they were labelled but falsely so, the mild (labelled as such) was actually lemon and herb and the lemon and herb was actually mild, it was when my daughter was complaining that we actually tasted and discovered that. This was a take away by the way, while eating 3 out of 4 people found stones in their chicken it felt like it had fallen and they picked it up and threw it back on the grill, which is appalling, what kind of service and food are you serving? This was not worth R200 of my money I feel cheated and I'll never go back there, it was disgusting
