Nando’s Chilli Lane VERY POOR
Our chicken burger did not have any chicken at all on it. It also had peri peri sauce on it and we ordered Lemon and Herb. 2 days later, I’ve had one phone call from the store, who refused to give me a voucher and only offered for me to come and fetch a replacement meal. I am still waiting for answers from NANDO’S CHILLI LANE.

01 Aug 2025, 22:36I have lost any faith in had in any ‘relevant team’ from Nando’s, notably that of Chilli Lane. Suffice to say I shall not be supporting this branch again. They do not deserve my money and I believe a full refund is the least that NANDO’S can do under the circumstances!
