Nandos Chilli lane
2 October I placed an order for delivery , wanted to pay with my debit card, I was told that I can't- can only pay with credit card, which I don't own. I advised Nqobani that I have called before and have been told that before as well but in the end they do it- I dont know how. Nqobani told me to pay cash or cant assist , I insisted that I have been paying with my debit card , he told me to ewallet- Im not even using FNB. Spoke to one of his staff Karabo , she told me the same thing. I told her that Im gonna report them then hang up. Nqobani called me and told me that , he is sending a driver to deliver my order and I'm not going to pay for the order. My problem is that 'Im not going to check if I have cash in wallet, WHEN EVER I WANT TO ORDER NANDOS AND I WANT TO PAY BY CARD, I DONT EXPECT TO GET THE STORY ANYMORE. As a customer I choose means to payment, if you cant take debit card strange enough was assisted many times before by the same branch it doesn't make sense to me, you can send your driver with the speed point. I choose to call and place an order which convinient for me\ BEAR IN MIND THERE ARE OTHER RESTAURANTS THAT ARE OPEN AT CHILLI ON TOP
