Ordered full chicken and 2 sides, they said my order will arrive at 19h40. By 20h00 I still hadn't received my meal, I called the driver and he said he just left the restaurant. He told chicken was finished and they had prepare it from scratch, couldn't cancel the order because I was buying it for my kids. He said by 20h05 he would have arrived. He only arrived at 20h25, everything was ice cold, and he had the nerve to ask me for a tip.
