Nandos chicken soap like taste

We are unsatisfied with the service provided at Nandos Menlyn PTA and Rustenburg. On the 30th, we had lunch at Nandos Menlyn and unfortunately, the chicken had an unpleasant taste ( like a washing soap). We contacted the manager and expressed our concerns. She proceeded to share with us an in-depth tale of receiving frozen chicken that was slightly spoiled. The manager failed to address the situation, much to my dismay. My daughter unfortunately suffered from food poisoning due to that Nandos. On January 4th, we purchased Nandos at Rustenburg Magalies View. The flavour resembled soap, comparable of a location in Menlyn, Pretoria. We filed a complaint with the manager, who assured us that the batch arrived yesterday and she has not received any complaints or tasted it herself. She willingly issued us a refund, for which we are grateful. We won't be eating at Nandos until this matter has been resolved. These ppl are gonna kill us... Fix this please
