Nandos chicken dry and no sauce

Ordered via Mr Delivery from nandos The chicken I got was extremely dry. Regardless if I chose to have extra sauce(didn't have the option to select) or not the chicken should come standard with sauce even just a little. Manager of store doesn't even provide any help. All she could say was sorry and she would speak to Mr D and get back to me, still no call. This is the first time I have ordered via Mr D and received such bad service from a restaurant listed.
