Nandos Cavendish poor service

Today I went to nandos Cavendish to grab some lunch and I was not impressed with the service. Only one cashier was available to take orders and seemed like there was nobody on the floor to bring the food. I waited +15 minutes for my hotpot and when I received it, it was cold. I've addressed them on their survey but no improvement. I just can't #win with them.
