Nandos Castle Gate has really disappointed me

I bought the Gatvol 2020 meal and chose 3 different sides and requested for extra sauce. To my surprise my meal had no extra sauce. The flame grilled mealie was literally dipped in sauce and cold and not flame grilled at all. I am quiet dissatisfied n disappointed in the condition of the food I got considering that I had to wait for the meal even and only to receive such foods.
