NANDOS CARNIVAL MALL

I ordered food from Nando's carnival mall for delivery after two hours I'm still waiting for my food when I call them they transfer me to customer care and the customer care consultant tells me she needs to call them to track my order ,so why was I transferred. What annoys me is that every time I order from them its the same story .
