Nando's can't give a s**** of Mayonnaise (in stock) to a pregnant woman

Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of Nandos since its inception, both in South Africa and Outside (Mainly UK, where I lived for a few years). But yesterday was the last time I put my foot at Nando’s especially Nandos Gezina. I work a block away from Nando’s Gezina and have been working here for three years. I am a manager at one of the buildings close by and further run a business in arcadia. I have bought and made orders from This Nandos for myself, subordinates and employees at my business. My parents (from Limpopo) and friends have eaten at this franchise with me. Yesterday was the last time. Yesterday I ran on to my sister in town and as usual I suggested that we make a stop Nandos Gezina for me to buy her supper so we can catch up before we head to our homes. I bought a hot pot for myself and quarter chicken for my sister. I later asked for a s**** of mayonnaise for my hot pot. The lady I asked from told me she is not allowed to give mayonnaise to anyone who did not buy a burger or wrap. She then said she’d call her manager to speak to me. The manager, who is Treasure eventually came out after a while. He told me the same story. I explained to him that I am 7 months pregnant, and unable to eat my hot pot without mayonnaise because of heartburn. On other days I buy my hotpot on the way home, and then use my own mayonnaise at home, today I had to eat-in because I ran on to my sister and it had been a while since I had seen her. He told me that for each burger ordered Nando’s charges 30g of Mayonnaise he therefore cannot give me. I told him that I am willing to pay for the 30g so that I can be able to eat my hot pot as I am hungry and pregnant. Treasure was not interested in hearing me out, he said he cannot give me Mayonnaise although it is in stock. I asked for a doggy bag for my hotpot and left with it to have the mayonnaise at home. I was hungry. I feel I was treated unfairly as I have been a loyal customer of this Nandos for three years while working for my company. Nandos gezina has been our bulk supplier of chicken and other goods for many of our celebrations in the office and in my business. There had been times in these three years where I bought Peri-peri wedges and chips where Nandos gezina would be out of tomato sauce or even forget to put peri-peri sauce in my order. I have been loyal regardless. This one time that I needed mayonnaise to counteract my heart burn, while pregnant, your manager refused to give me a s**** of common mayonnaise. I am dissatisfied, and will not be returning to that nandos, and will really apply my mind before buying from any other nandos franchise. I am hoping to hear from them. that is they have any customer service ethics unlike the manager, Treasure.
