Nandos - call centre is useless!!

I placed an order with the call centre at 6pm, and I was told my order would arrive by 7pm, by 7:20pm I called the call centre back 8 times and chose option 2 to query my order, it rings and cuts off. Called the call centre again, and pressed option 1 as it's the only option where they actually answer the phone... I was directed to call the complaints department, which I did and was told to call the store (what's the point of having a complaints department if not to address customer complaints) . I call back 5 times and choose option 3 to be directed to the Coastlands store who will be delivering my order... It just rings then cuts off. This was the first time I ordered from Nandos for delivery, and I will NEVER order from them again. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!
