Nandos call centre does work !!!!
This is the 4 th time that I am complaining about the same issue and each time Nandos assures me they are fixing the problem and they have not changed at thing. At Bedfordview Nandos you order via the telephone and it goes through to a call centre . They take your order and infirm you of the time till your order is ready , each time it's between 10 to 15 mins . When you arrive at the store 20 minutes later your order has not been placed yet at the store so you arrive and wait like a walk in customer ! What is the point of calling in your order if you arrive and they have not even placed the order! Last night we arrived after 20 mins and our sms says collect your order after 10 mins ! We arrived and our order had not even been placed on micros yet so we complained and got out order 25 mins later . Please explain how a chicken salad and chicken burger takes 45 mins to cook ? I order from 4 other Nandos and all of them don't use the call centre and I never have an issue at them unfortunelaty I live close to Bedfordview so have to use the poorly managed store and head office ignores these issues hoping they will go away!!!!!
