Nandos Call Centre AVOID IT

Ordering through the call centre is an ordeal. I started my conversation with "I would like to place an order for delivery. " After giving a few details, I was asked where I would like to collect my order. I said I already said delivery. Then I painstakingly gave my address. After 3.24 minutes on the phone, she said they they can't deliver due to the weather. What a waste of my airtime! Doesn't help when a call centre worker lacks communication s****s.
