Nandos burnt and dry food

Last night just before 8 my husband and I went to buy the family sharing meal at nandos for R277 and the cashier gave us an attitude, she didn't have a name badge on. We get home it's heavily raining and the nandos is over 10km away from our house then we got the most driest chicken with no sauce,burnt and burnt potato wedges it was like they were just giving us what we ordered so we get off their sight. What a waste of time,money, petrol and a huge disappointment
