Nandos burgers uncooked
On Friday the 18th of August I had ordered 5 burgers at the mall at reds nandos. When we got home the burgers where uncooked and a waste of purchase leave alone waste of fuel to drive out of my way to stop at this store. All 5 of the burgers was so bad that we couldn't even bite or chew the chicken. Our meals was given to the dogs and because of our personal circumstances of that weekend to follow we didn't have time to return to the store the following day. This is the second complaint about the same story and nothing has been done. A previous person had contacted me and said that there is nothing he can do cause they require proof of the food before refunding me but he would log a formal complaint and the store will get back to me. Up till date , there has been no communication from this store and I find it quite sad that we have to waste money on food that we assumed would have been good.
