Nando’s - Brits

I think the restaurant had just undergone renovations and had recently re-opened, however this is no excuse. I was in the town of Brits for business.

The waiter forgot to give me back my cheque card. The food took a long time to come, despite it being takeaway and there being barely anyone else in the restaurant. They seemed very rushed, and understaffed. The last item we were waiting for was my chicken wrap and peri-peri chips. They must have been trying to get it to me as quickly as possible, as when I got back to my guesthouse, the chips were not peri-peri. Additionally, the wrap was basically chicken, put into a wrap. No lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayonnaise as advertised. The wrap wasn’t folded properly, and as a result all of the sauce from the chicken leaked out of the takeaway bag and onto my clothes while I was carrying it.

Not impressed.
